I'm New

What To Expect

We invite you to join us in-person or online on a Sunday morning! We look forward to getting to know you better. We're an intercultural church representing over 30 different cultures and people groups around the world.

Since the early 1930s, we’ve been on a journey toward becoming a snapshot of that picture in heaven, when "a great multitude...from every nation, tribe, people and language" is gathered to worship God in perfect unity. In the meantime we are called to radiate God's life and joy as a House of Prayer for All Nations.

Bethel Christian Fellowship is just one of the churches in the All Nations Family of Churches (ANFC) that meets at 1466 Portland Ave. Our service is in English, but there are other services available on Sundays that meet in these languages: Swahili, French, Karen, Hmong, Oromo, and Nepali. Visit the Family of Churches page to learn more about these services.

Welcome

Things to know if you visit...
  • Service Order: Our services start at 10:00am and last about an hour and a half.

  • Parking: Parking is available in a lot at the back of the building or on the street (look for the "Visitor Parking" signs near the front doors if you are visiting). Our greeters will warmly welcome you and provide you with a pamphlet about our church.

  • Children and Youth: Elementary-aged children accompany parents to the sanctuary for worship until they are dismissed for children's minisry in the Fellowship Hall. PreK-aged children (ages 2-4) meet in the Education Wing and are dismissed following worship. The Nursery (ages 0-2) is available following worship. Youth and adults meet in the Sanctuary (make sure to check out Radiate Youth on Wednesday nights!). Ushers are happy to assist you in finding where classes meet.

I Was New...

Stepping into a new church can be an overwhelming experience. But people say over and over again how warmly they were welcomed when they stepped into BCF...
"When we walked through the doors of BCF we were greeted immediately and repeatedly by numerous members who noticed new faces and perhaps our newcomer awkwardness. We have never felt so instantly and genuinely welcomed in a church."
-Kailey and Dominic

"In my need for healing, and need for community after a church breakup, I found that support at Bethel."
-Vicky

"I recall walking in the doors of the church and seeing the flags, and realized that there was a way for me to continue to build my faith without sacrificing the diversity that I cherished at my college."
-Matthew
